Nate really made our experience effortless. As out of town sellers we were required to have a lot of details handled independently of our ability to see or make contacts on our own. Nate was able to make recommendations for subcontractors who promptly got the work done in a satisfactory and at a reasonable price. He also had technological skills that allowed him to use video to show us both would needed to be done and the results that were accomplished. Overall, he was able to make the sale move quickly and to get us the price we wanted. A man of integrity and a great realtor!

Nate was great to work with. He tried very hard to find exactly what we were looking for and we did find a home with all of the requirements we needed and wanted in a home (especially a great view, 3-car garage, granite countertops, walk-in closet, and 9-foot ceilings). He knows the area well and made himself available understanding that we needed to find a place quickly. The property we purchased was a so called short sale and while these can be anything but 'short' Nate was able to stay on target and the sale was no more difficult or time consuming than any 'regular' house purchase
